Child and Teen Checkups

Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) is a benefit for children and teens from newborn through the age of 20 years who are enrolled in Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care.

Early Childhood Screening

Vision, hearing, growth, immunization status, and development will all be checked by well-qualified, trained staff. Ideally, children should be screened as soon as possible after their third birthday.

Scholarships/Financial Assistance: There is no cost for Early Childhood Screening.

Follow Along Program

Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
